At Salon Culture, we work hard to give each and every one of our customers an outstanding experience while maintaining a friendly and expert environment. 1. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy
Making an Appointment: You can schedule an appointment in person, over the phone, or online. When making a reservation, please be sure to include all necessary information to prevent any problems.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must give us at least 24 hours’ notice. A fee of up to 50% of the service charge may be imposed for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.
Late Arrivals: We might not be able to provide your complete service if you arrive more than fifteen minutes late, and there might be a half fee.

Alcohol and Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the salon’s property. Moderate amounts of alcohol may be served at the salon’s discretion.

Service Promise: We value client pleasure and take pride in our work. Please notify us within 48 hours if you are unhappy with your service, and we will try to find a solution (such as rerunning the service).
Damages to Personal Property: Personal belongings like apparel, jewelry, or gadgets are not Salon Culture’s responsibility. It is advised to leave valuables at home.
