Refund Policy for Salon Culture
At Salon Culture, we’re dedicated to giving our customers outstanding service and making sure they have a happy, fulfilling experience. We are aware that there are instances in which you might not be entirely happy with a service. The terms and procedures for exchanges and refunds are described in this refund policy.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
Our first goal is your satisfaction. We encourage you to get in touch with us within 48 hours after your visit if you’re unhappy with the outcome of your treatment. In certain situations, we will be pleased to provide a free service adjustment or redo. The majority of services, including haircuts, color treatments, and styling, are covered by this guarantee.
Haircuts & Styling: To make sure you’re thrilled with the finished look, we’ll give you a free redo if you’re not content with your haircut or styling.
Color Services: Within 48 hours of your visit, we will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, provide a correction if you’re unhappy with the outcome of a color treatment.

We will only make corrections for services that need to be done within 48 hours of your initial consultation.
2. Non-Refundable Services
After they are finished, some services are non-refundable, such as but not restricted to:
Products: Once a product has been opened or used, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. We will repair the goods or give you store credit if it is damaged or defective when you receive it.
Gift Cards: Unless mandated by law, Salon Culture gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Specialized Services: Certain treatments, like chemical treatments, advanced color services, and bridal packages, are very personalized.

Unless our staff makes a genuine mistake, refunds for these services are typically not given once the service is finished.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. A fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may be incurred for cancellations or no-shows that take place less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Deposits: A deposit could be necessary for some in-demand services (such color treatments or bridal services).
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the original time, your deposit is not refundable.
4. Refund Process
The following rules will be applicable if your case qualifies for a refund because of an extraordinary circumstance:
Refund Requests: You have seven days from the date of service to submit any refund requests. To discuss the problem, please give us a call or send us an email. After reviewing your case, we will respond in three to five business days.
Refund Method: The original payment method will be used to offer refunds once they are authorized. We will provide a check or salon credit if the payment was made in cash. Cash reimbursements for services delivered are not given by us.
Partial Refunds: Salon Culture retains the right to provide a partial refund or shop credit in lieu of a full refund in situations where services were only half completed or when a disagreement emerges.

5. No Refund for Change of Mind
If you change your mind after the treatment is finished, particularly if you’re unhappy with the way it looks, we don’t give refunds for the services you had (unless it qualifies for the previously mentioned “Service Satisfaction Guarantee”).
6. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash. Only salon services or products are eligible for their use.
Promotions: Special offers, discounts, and promotions cannot be combined with other promotions or applied retrospectively.

Any discounts or promotional offers you may have received will be honored at the time of service; but, after services are performed, they cannot be refunded.
7. Exceptions
Salon Culture reserves the right to occasionally deviate from this rule. Please get in touch with our customer support team to talk about possible solutions if you think your circumstance calls for further attention.
